1. About these terms

This is a personal website run by one developer in Ukraine. It includes a portfolio, free tools, APIs, and hobby projects. These rules govern use of the site. If you do not agree with them, do not use it. If a feature shows additional rules, those also apply to that feature.

2. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• disrupt, overload, scrape, or probe the service in a way that harms it or other users;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• use non-public endpoints or data without permission;
• resell or republish a substantial part of a dataset obtained from this site as your own product.

Normal browser inspection and good-faith interoperability work are allowed. Report security issues using the contact in security.txt; do not access other people's data or disrupt the service.

I may rate-limit or block traffic that breaks these rules or threatens the service.

3. Third-party data and services

Some pages display information obtained from third parties, including Minecraft server statistics. It can be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Verify anything important at its original source.

This site is independent and unofficial. It is not operated, endorsed, or sponsored by MCServerHost Inc., Mojang Studios, or Microsoft. Their names, logos, and other marks belong to their owners. External sites and services have their own terms.

4. Feedback and reports

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not send unlawful material, secrets, or personal data that is not needed for the report.

By submitting content, you allow me and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to receive, store, and use it as needed to review the submission, reply, fix an issue, or protect the site. You keep any rights you already have in your content.

5. Intellectual property

Unless a page or repository says otherwise, no licence is granted to copy, redistribute, self-host, or create derivative works from original code, design, text, or images made for this site. This does not claim ownership of third-party material, trademarks, public information, or individual facts.

6. Availability and liability

The site is provided as is and without a service-level commitment. Features, endpoints, data, and rate limits may change or disappear.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses caused by downtime, data loss, third-party services, or reliance on inaccurate information. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes the data handled when you use the site, enable a feature, or send feedback, including temporary full-IP collection for up to three days during an abuse investigation.

8. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms for future use of the site. The date above will change when I do.

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law, without removing any mandatory rights that apply regardless of that choice. If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
